THP properties are defined as Project Based Voucher properties. Vouchers that are attached to the unit are issued through our partnership with Texoma Council of Governments. Properties are located in the following North Texas cities: Bells, Bonham, Celeste, Ector, Farmersville, Gunter, Honey Grove, Howe, Ladonia, Leonard, Pottsboro, Princeton, Savoy, Tioga, Tom Bean, Trenton, Van Alstyne, Whitewright and Windom.
All Waiting Lists are Open. You may download the application and required documents and submit to one of the following locations:
