Applications can be picked up at the either administrative office or downloaded from our website. Texoma Housing Partners accepts completed applications in person or via mail at the following two locations:
810 West 16th Street, Bonham, Texas 75418
Or
329 West Duke Street, Howe, Texas 75459
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Waiting lists vary, but average wait time could be 6 months or longer.
You can apply to multiple cities with one application. This increases the opportunity to be housed quicker.
Texoma Housing Partners does not have emergency housing available.
Rent is calculated at 30% of the gross income, less any allowable deductions.
