CONVENTIONAL HOUSING APPLICATION PROCESS-
To qualify for THP Conventional Housing properties, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Income must be at least three times the monthly rent
- Credit must be acceptable
- No criminal history which poses a threat to health and safety for prior three years
- Positive rental history
NOTE: ALL HOUSING UNITS ARE SMOKE FREE.
