Texoma Housing Partners recently completed the creation of (3) Public Facilities Corporations. The THP Public Facilities Corporation, The Princeton Public Facilities Corporation and The Bonham Public Facilities Corporation. The primary purpose of these PFC's is to facilitate partnerships with developers to build additional housing across the THP service area. A recent partnership with the NRP Group has resulted in the construction of an upscale 300-unit multifamily community in Princeton, Texas which will consist of a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 610 to 1320 square feet. Fifty percent of the units will be reserved for residents earning less than 80 percent of the area median income.
The mission of Texoma Housing Partners is to be in constant pursuit of housing strategies and opportunities that will have long lasting results. The creation of the PFC's is all about pursuing and achieving that mission.
